Thank you for showing your interest in joining the Fatality Guild. Read carefully the next part of this process because it is important for you to understand what is expected of you should you be accepted and what the requirements are for you to apply. Understand that we do not have to accept anyone and it is ultimately up to the Officers and the Guild who is worthy of membership. We reserve the right to turn down any application with out reason or explanation. The application process has been recently reviewed and updated, the process step by step is listed below. The first step is registering on the forums. The second step is to make an effort into knowing some of the Fatality Guild members.

Who can apply?
Ideally we are looking for mature gamers 15 years old or older. We require you to have TeamSpeak for sieges and events, even if you do not have a microphone. To help your application we suggest you try to get to know the Guild and the Officers by spending time in TS and in-game.

How do I apply?
You can apply by highlighting and copying the form below, then open a new post in this thread with the topic "Fatality Application - [Name]" then paste your application into the body of your post. Fill out the application without leaving any blank or unanswered questions, read it over and when it is completed to your satisfaction simply click on the post button and your done!
You can speed up the process of voting on your application by making an effort to start getting to know the rest of the guild. Especially the officers. The better you know us, the better we know you, which can help your application.

- If you're under 15, you must be very mature.
- Must have successfully completed the guild application.
- Must wait 3 weeks before applying again if denied.
- We require you to use TeamSpeak for sieges and other events.
- Forum Name, IGN and TeamSpeak name match.
